      Customer service!

      Amazing customer service. The scent and diffuser are absolutely wonderful. I run mine on 3/5 and my whole house smells like the montage hotel. Incredible. They forgot to send me one of the oils but they were so kind and not only sent me the oil overnight but added a nice little “neutralizer” scent bottle as a “sorry”. After covid, good customer service is hard to find. This company nailed it.
