How may I pay for my order?
We accept personal and business checks (made payable to Austen Sharp LLC), money orders and credit cards through PayPal. You may also phone in your order with a VISA or MasterCard credit card at (401) 294-2297. There is a $35 fee for returned checks.
How do I use PayPal?
1) Go to www.paypal.com.
2) Go to "Sign Up" and complete the form.
3) Once you have logged in, go to "Send Money".
4) Enter the recipient's email address () and the amount you wish to send.
How are the items packed?
We use packing materials that are recycled, recyclable and/or reusable.
What is your backorder policy?
Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are received and Customer is not charged for shipping in such case. In the event that the backordered item is not received within 30 days, Customer shall receive a refund for the backordered item, minus shipping costs. Until the backordered item ships, Customer may call or email us to cancel a backorder.
Do you accept special orders?
Yes we do; however, there is a $20.00 minimum charge (not including shipping) for special orders. Should you wish an item which is not listed in our inventory, please email us. Special order items are non-returnable.
How is my order shipped?
All U.S. orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Shipping charges at checkout are only an estimate and are based on U.S. locations only. When we are ready to ship your item, an additional charge may be added, according to weight and destination. Sorry, but we no longer ship internationally.
Do you offer discounts to groups and organizations?
We are pleased to offer a 20% discount for all same-day orders for 10 or more of the same item.
I have a store. How do I order your products wholesale?
Only the Aura House brand products are available for wholesale ordering. We have a $50.00 minimum order requirement. For wholesale prices and dropshipping information, please email us and include your name, company, address, phone and valid resale number.

Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented or disclosed.
What is your return policy?
Retail and wholesale orders that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of the Customer's receipt of merchandise. Customer pays return shipping. If the error was ours, the 20% restocking and shipping fees will be waived.
