COLOR MEDITATION

Before you begin your free Color Meditation, you may wish to minimize computer radiation by placing a clear quartz crystal or malachite gemstone on your computer. Breathe in each color for 1-3 minutes each, sitting at least 4 feet away from your computer screen.

Choose a meditation, then click the Relaxation & Meditation Timer link found at the top left of each page. This will open up a new window. Set the timer and music, then return to your meditation page. (Do not close timer window.) To advance to the next color, just click on the

(NOTE: the Rejuvenation meditation requires that you meditate on one color only--pink. This color healing method is based on Yvonne Martine's findings that a daily regimen of breathing pink and expressing gratitude helps restore our physical wellbeing.
