Blue is one of my favorites especially in my bedroom. It's very calming and healing. My sheets are blue and that's where I spend a lot of time meditating and letting go of all the stress of the day. Thumbs up.

These days, all clear, bright colors incite a symphony inside my soul. Today, the one that calls loudest is a sunny golden yellow shade. Also, violet/purple hues make my heart sing. But my all-time favorite is "rainbow". Thirty years ago, that's what I wrote in the "colors" space when we registered for wedding presents. I love to see 'em all together in their glory. And especially on grey days, I dress in fun colors as a public service--and my own natural form of mood therapy (c8*
