How may I pay for my order? Aura House accepts personal and business checks (made payable to AUSTEN SHARP LLC), money orders and credit cards through PayPal. You may also phone in your order with a VISA or MasterCard credit card at (401) 294-2297. There is a $35 fee for returned checks. If you do not live in the United States, please see the Universal Currency Converter.
How do I use PayPal? 1) Go to www.paypal.com. 2) Go to "Sign Up" and complete the form. 3) Once you have logged in, go to "Send Money". 4) Enter the recipient's email address (customerservice@aurahouse.com) and the amount you wish to send.
How are the items shipped? All orders are shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping charges at checkout are only an estimate and are based on U.S. locations only. When we are ready to ship your item, an additional charge may be added, according to weight and destination. International shipping available at an additional charge.
How are the items packed? Aura House uses packing materials that are recycled, recyclable and/or reusable.
What is your backorder policy? Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are received and customer is not charged for shipping in such case. In the event that the backordered item is not received within 30 days, Customer shall receive a refund for the backordered item, minus shipping costs. Until the backordered item ships, Customer may call or email us to cancel a backorder. Backorders will not be cancelled by Aura House unless notified by the supplier that the item is no longer available.
Do you accept special orders? Yes; however, there is a $20.00 minimum charge (not including shipping) for special orders. Should you wish an item which is not listed in our inventory, please email us. Special order items are non-returnable.
Do you offer discounts to groups and organizations? Aura House is pleased to offer a 20% discount for all same-day orders for 10 or more of the same item.

Do you offer dropshipping? Yes. However, only Aura House's own product lines are available for dropshipping. See wholesale info below.
Do you offer private labeling? Private labeling is only available for our Lightbodies™ (color therapy) bath products, ideal for hotels and spas. There is a minimum order requirement of 100 units. For more information, please email us.
Why do you only sell candles made of soy, palm oil and beeswax? Compared to paraffin (petroleum-derived) candles, they produce less soot and are environment-friendly.
What is your Privacy Statement? Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented or disclosed.
What is your Return Policy? Retail and wholesale orders that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of the customer's receipt of merchandise. Customer pays return shipping. If the error was ours, the 20% restocking and shipping fees will be waived.
